This starts with the fact that the account managers are always ready to answer their customers' questions. At De Rijke, care has been taken to ensure that the coordination and communication between the account managers and the operational departments is good. This ensures that our customers can always contact an operational team that works on the customer's specific business every day. This means that several people are aware of the daily activities and questions can be answered immediately by someone in the team. The same naturally happens when taking over work. At De Rijke, everyone knows how important it is to be ready for customers, as the organization of our customers' chain cannot stand still. This philosophy exists within all De Rijke departments and this is how we ensure that we are always ready.
Motivated employees for the long term
At De Rijke we try to ensure that everyone has their own pleasant workplace and working environment. We are convinced that it is important for the long-term vision of the company and that creativity and motivation are stimulated in this way.
We also find diversity within our company very important. Diversity based on cultures and backgrounds, but also based on age and experience. At De Rijke we want to train younger people internally during a logistics study in order to combine learning and working. In addition, we think it is important that there is a nice connection between younger employees and older employees with more experience. For example, through the De Rijke Academy, workshops are given by colleagues with more experience and also from other departments to share more knowledge about other topics.
