What can you expect from us?

De Rijke can also offer you an attractive package of working conditions. We adhere to the collective bargaining agreement that applies within the industry (TLN) and there are additional working conditions for our clerical staff. Your salary depends on the scale into which the position falls, your age and experience. De Rijke also offers a study-allowance scheme. We have negotiated two collective insurance schemes for our employees, whereby they can obtain an attractive discount on health insurance cover from CZ and on various other types of insurance from Centraal Beheer.
