De Rijke can call itself an SSB recognized training company, which means that we contribute to the future of the student and we are called a textbook example for the industry. And we are very proud of that! We provide internships for various students, such as MBO BOL, MBO BBL and HBO students.
We are also proud of our contribution to open days, information days and study fairs at training institutes in the Rotterdam region. For example, our enthusiastic employees provide several guest lessons to students during the STC's 'Soft Skills Lab'.
As an intern, we give you the opportunity to 'really contribute' to the department. This allows you to develop professionally and personally. It is also possible to take a look at another department in the meantime and you can participate in workshops of our 'De Rijke Academy'.
The Rijke Academy gives workshops for and by employees, but also focuses on talent plans/traineeships and collaboration with schools. And last but not least, you will receive an internship allowance from us!
What do we think is important about you as an intern?
We think the most important thing is that you want to develop yourself. And do the competencies of collaboration and customer friendliness suit you? Then you have definitely come to the right place!

And what next?
After we have received your application, it will be discussed with the appropriate manager. You will then receive a message from us. You will always receive this within a maximum of 5 working days. If we can offer you a place, you will be invited for an exploratory interview. You will receive a message from us with all the information you need for the appointment. Of course, we will also let you know who you are having the conversation with. This is usually the direct manager. There may also be a colleague from the department or a colleague from the Human Resources department. Does it click? We will then make further arrangements and welcome you to De Rijke!
