From the 7 automatic filling lines, 5 lines are dedicated for filling drums and 2 for filling IBC's. The state-of-the-art ATEX drumming lines can cope with steel, as well as with polyethylene (plastic) drums, new or reconditioned. Next to the standard drums (= 216 liters/55 USG), the equipment is capable of filling the taller "export drums" (= 250 liters). Our high speed filling lines are designed to fill up to 125 drums per hour. The drum filling lines are connected to automatic palletizers, positioning 4 drums on a pallet, attaching strapping and stacking the palletized drums. At the end of the line, 8 strapped drums (on 2 pallets), with all labels facing outwards, will be ready for pick-up by the forklift truck driver. Each palletizer can deal with an amount of 200 drums per hour.

The fast, robotized IBC fillers are capable of filling one IBC every 2 minutes. All (double nozzle) filling lines are equipped with a closed cabinet and vapour treatment systems are obviously available as well, resulting in best-in-class, safe & sustainable solutions. 

The IMO/ADR classes 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 9 can be accommodated as far as warehousing is concerned.  At the filling plant, products belonging to the IMO/ADR classes 3, 8 and 9 (plus non-restricted chemicals) can be processed in an highly efficient manner.
